A glass of berries/cherries whatever u want
175 g of butter
3 Eggs
1 1/2 cups (195 grams) all purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 cup (150 grams) granulated white sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup (80 ml) milk
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
100g chocolate flakes
175 g of butter

3/4 cup (150 grams) granulated white sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup (80 ml) milk
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
100g chocolate flakes
In a separate bowl whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
In the bowl of your electric mixer (or with a hand mixer), beat the eggs and sugar until thick and lemon colored (about 3-5 minutes). Add the melted butter, milk, vanilla, and lemon zest and beat just until incorporated. Add the flour mixture and stir just until moistened.
Only then add chocolate flakes and stir briefly.
Pour the mixture into the mold and smooth it out, spread cherry / berries to make it about 1cm at the edge free.
Bake for 13 minutes then remove from oven or or until golden brown.
Serve warm or at room temperature with a dollop of softly whipped cream..
