Thin slices of Carrot -3
Small cubes of Green zucchini-1
Cherry tomatoes-1 cup
Thin slices of Red bell pepper- 1
Thin slices of Yellow bell pepper-1
Fresh cauliflowerets-1 cup
Fresh broccoli florets-1 cup
Basil leaves -1 cup
Romaine lettuce
Green Peas -1 cup
Sliced Onion -1 cup
Olives
Curd - 4 tbsp
Cilantro,mint-1 tbsp
Cheese cubes-1/2 cup optional
Salt and pepper as required.
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Rinse with cold water. Place in large bowl.Add all the veggies into it .Toss every thing together.Add pepper, salt and some Lemon juice .Toss it again.If you like cheese you can put cheese also.
