Pumpkin chopped - 1/2 cup
Ash Gourd -1/2 cup
Red/black eyed beans - 1/2 cup
Green chillies - 3
Coconut milk - 1 cup
Coconut oil -1 tsp
Mustard
Curry leaves
Salt
Soak beans in hot water for 2 hours and pressure cook it.Cook pumpkin and Ash gourd with green chillies and salt.Add the beans to the cooked pumpkin and let it boil.Then add coconut milk and remove from fire.Heat oil put mustard and curry leaves.Mix with olan and serve.
