Homemade Grapes wine









  • Black grapes good quality - 1 kg
  • Sugar - 800 gm
  • Yeast - 1 teaspoon
  • Boiled and cooled Water - 1.5 litres
  • Wheat kernels  - 1 tablespoon
  • Cinnamon stick  - 1 optional
  • Cloves -5 optional

Methods

Wash Grapes thoroughly and put it into the 3 litre glass or porcelain jar(cleaned and sanitized) and crush the grapes well, using your hands/wooden stick.Add all the other ingredients to the crushed grapes. Cover the jar tightly with the lid. Store it, in a dark place . After one week, start stirring it with wooden spoon everyday until 21 days almost at same time.Do not stir for the next 2 days.On 24th day, drain the clear wine and leave behind the sediment in the bottom. Transfer the contents to glass bottles with corks tops or air tight tops. , this will help to retain the colour of the wine.

Cashew chocolate Muffins

 
 
 
 
 
¾ cup broken cashew
1/3 cup of soft butter.
2 medium eggs.
1 ½ cups of flour.
1 cup of coco powder
1 cup of sugar.
¼ cup of milk.
1 tablespoon of baking powder.
½ teaspoon of vanilla extract.
 
 
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and butter your muffin pan.
Mix flour and coco powder thoroughly .
Beat the butter and the vanilla extract together to form a light, airy mixture.
One at a time, add the eggs, and beat gently.
Add ¼ cup of the sugar after each egg and mix thorougly.
Put the baking powder and salt in the milk, then add to the mixture.
Fold in the flour and the broken cashews.
Pour the mix into your buttered muffin pan, filling each cup two-thirds full.
Bake for 25 minutes or until muffins turn golden brown.
